The mansion, built with all the grandeur and flair of a bygone era. The attention to detail in the moldings, intricate woodwork, and style throughout the grounds all add up to a luxurious, romantic venue.

Planning your event at Charleston Event Center is carefully crafted and handled by professional on-site personal event coordinators. Your personal event coordinator will manage all the aspects of your day, from vendors to all the small details that make your day uniquely yours.

The mansion can comfortably accommodate up to 330 guests, making the grounds ideal for either a large wedding or a more intimate affair with close family and friends. The Grand Ballroom, resplendent with paneled wood and soaring ceilings, is ideal for either a grand four-course meal reception or for dancing the night away.

Brides can make a grand entrance into their ceremony by descending a grand staircase into the ballroom. Exposed brick and wrought iron throughout the venue create a very chic and rustic background. French doors lead out to a romantic pond with a quaint wood dock and rowboat; ideal for pictures!

Several suites are available within the Charleston Event Center for brides to primp and prepare for their big day. The bridal suite is equipped with six makeup chairs; all with perfect lighting and mirrors to make sure every lady has their make up perfectly set for photographs.

The Mother of the Bride suite is connected to the Bridal Suite and features a fully lit makeup station and comfortable upholstered chairs for relaxing and lounging up until the hustle and bustle of the ceremony.

For corporate events, the ballroom can be arranged for elegant dinners and presentations. Equipped with state of the art technology for impressive displays and comfortable Chivari chairs with elegant linens make for exceptional corporate events.
