The Main Space:

The main room boasts 26′ tall ceilings and is divided into two sections. The Ceremony & Dining Area spans 3,500 square feet, while the Cocktail & Lounge Area covers approximately 4,370 square feet. With a total capacity of 275 seated guests and 500 for a cocktail reception, the space can also be partitioned for smaller, intimate events. The white walls, numerous windows, and skylights flood the room with gorgeous natural light, giving it a bright and airy ambiance. The movable panels and curtains offer flexibility, allowing you to customize the space according to your preferences.

The Prep Kitchen:

Our well-equipped prep kitchen is available for use by any licensed caterer or food truck. It includes industrial refrigerators, freezers, and ample space for vendors and event staff to prepare delicious culinary delights for your guests.

The Suite:

Included with all-day rentals, our private suite offers a comfortable lounge area, a kitchenette, a vanity counter with velvet chairs, a changing area, storage space, and a private restroom. It’s perfect for getting ready before the big event or for use as a VIP room or office during your wedding.

The Lounge:

Another space available for getting ready, the Lounge area within the main space offers additional flexibility and comfort.

The Outdoor Courtyard:

Step outside into our landscaped, private courtyard, illuminated by cafe lighting and equipped with exterior speakers. It’s an ideal spot for intimate outdoor ceremonies with up to 90 guests. Adjacent to the courtyard is a private area for vendors or food trucks to park.

  • Setup, including ceremony setups and room flips
  • Access to any of the venue’s decor
  • Parking for up to 95 cars, with ample complimentary on-street parking
  • Full Control of Catering and Bar Services:

The Luminare understands that your wedding should reflect your unique tastes and preferences. Therefore, they allow you to bring in any licensed caterer or food truck of your choice. You also have full control over the bar services, with the option to bring your own alcohol, saving you money and giving you more control over the offerings for your guests.

Bar Package and Additional Options:

The bar package includes moveable bars, a non-alcoholic welcome beverage station, infused water stations, a fond farewell station, and coffee & tea service throughout the event. You can choose additional options like specialty cocktails and glassware upgrades for a truly personalized bar experience.
