Located in the heart of Historic Downtown St. Cloud is 912 Regency Plaza.

Previously known as the Regency Beauty Academy, 912 Regency Plaza underwent extensive renovations and is now an event center and a retail and business center. The plaza currently hosts weddings, corporate events, conferences, and intimate, private gatherings.

The 192 Regency Plaza offers several separate rooms to accommodate your event or gathering. The ballroom, which is mainly used for more significant events such as weddings; can comfortably seat three hundred and twenty-five guests for dinner. The ballroom also has room for your guests to dance. The room includes a retractable projection screen and projector, and surround sound audio with a wireless microphone. The ballroom also has beautiful windows that provide a stunning backdrop and lovely scenery.

The Corporate, which is used for hosting company meetings and parties, is a newly renovated room with outdoor patio access. The corporate room also has a recently renovated bar, for you and your guest’s pleasure. The signature room has a private deck, a separate dining room, a full built-in bar, retractable in-ceiling projection screen along with a projector, audio and surround sound speakers. All these amenities make the signature room a compatible space to host many different events and gatherings, leaving you and your guests in amazement.  

Included in 912 Regency Plaza are a coffee shop, a salon and spa, a gallery and retail space. It also consists of a grand staircase, vaulted ceilings, and a water fountain.  912 Regency Plaza is close to hotels, offers beautiful scenic views of Lake George as well as the beautiful lit Paramount Theatre and Marquee.
