Prince.  The Replacements.  Soul Asylum.  Minneapolis has produced some of the most influential sounds in music. The Minneapolis music scene is vibrant and always changing in the music clubs throughout the city.  Fine Line Music Cafe has hosted some of the very best musical acts since it opened in 1987.

Comfortably situated in the Warehouse District, the Fine Line Music Cafe is on the first floor of the historic Consortium Building.  The Warehouse District has an array of nightclubs, restaurants, and bars.  Creativity extends beyond music here, and indie fashion shops and boutiques also call the Warehouse District home.

Getting to the venue is easy!  There is a parking lot adjacent to the Consortium Building.  The Warehouse District / Hennepin Avenue light rail station makes it simple to ride public transportation.

The Fine Line Music Cafe has hosted some of the best musicians around since its opening in 1987.  Prince spent time here.  Grammy winner Sheryl Crowe performed at the club in 1999.  The  Fine Line has hosted such artists as Lady Gaga, Alanis Morissette, John Mayer, and Ben Harper.

This intimate club is also available for private functions.  The Fine Line event planners excel in putting together events for large corporate clients and individual celebrations. The setting is a two-floor cabaret style, and the space is flexible enough to work with many different arrangements and themes.  Due to its status as a concert destination, the audiovisual, sound, and lighting equipment is first-rate.
