The Green Haven Golf and Banquet Center, located in Anoka, Minnesota, combines outstanding banquet facilities and a championship golf course.  Even though Green Haven is easily accessible from anywhere in the Twin Cities, it sits in a peaceful location among acres of rolling green hills that seem far away from urban stress.

The Green Haven Golf Course is a championship 18 hole course with water features at six holes.  Although this is a membership club, the public is welcome.  The course is designed to appeal to golfers of all ability levels.  Golfers find social and golf opportunities through an active selection of clubs and leagues.

Instruction is available for both adult and junior golfers.  Children as young as five years old participate in the summer instructional program.  Green Haven Golf and Banquet Center further encourages junior development through such perks as letting juniors play free after 3 pm on weekends when accompanied by an adult.

Hungry golfers find delicious dining options at the Haven’s Point Grille.  Diners choose from an informal menu featuring a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and salads.  The restaurant also features a full bar.

The Green Haven Golf and Banquet Center has served as a lovely setting for countless special events since its opening in 1937.  Special events are planned and catered by Lancer Hospitality.  The Main Ballroom seats up to 400 guests for cocktails and 350 guests for a seated meal.  Depending on a customized floor plan, the East Room serves between 110 and 150 people.  The intimate Fireside Room accommodates a maximum of 100 guests.

Lancer Hospitality is an established catering company with over thirty-five years experience in the industry.  Lancers offers a wide variety of dining options, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.  They strive to use locally produced sustainable food whenever possible.  In addition to the published menu items, the event manager is happy to work with clients to come up with the perfect menu for their special occasion.
