Jimmy’s Conference and Catering hosts events that include weddings, anniversaries, banquets, benefits, retirement parties, birthdays, celebrations of life, meetings and more. Multiple rooms are available and can hold groups as small as 10 and as large as 500. Jimmy’s Conference and Catering offers a wide range of in-house services that will make your event memorable, no matter what the occasion.

Amenities available at Jimmy’s Event Center include a dedicated event coordinator and wait staff, full-service on-site catering, China, flatware, linens and napkins, tulle draping and lights. There are many event spaces, such as a beautiful one-level ballroom with 12-foot ceilings, an outdoor garden, and a gazebo. There are four individual banquet rooms, giving you many settings to choose from for your special event.

When you host an event at Jimmy’s, you have access to audio-visual equipment, microphones, staging, a podium, lighting, and a built-in sound system. With the help of the on-site coordinator and event staff, setting up your celebration will be a quick and easy process. Jimmy’s Conference and Catering also has a crew of professional bartenders as part of their wait staff who can serve all of your favorite beer, wine, and cocktail choices.

Jimmy’s Event Center is connected to Jimmy’s Food and Drink, as well as the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites via indoor walkway, allowing you and your guests to stay close by, making it quick and easy for them to help you celebrate your special day! Conveniently located near the junction of I-694 and 35E, Jimmy’s is only 10 minutes from St. Paul and 20 minutes to Minneapolis. If your guests live nearby, they can make use of the free ground level parking facility.

Complimentary tastings are provided by the Executive Chef so you will be able to choose the very best culinary options for you and your guests. You have many food selections to choose from, including breakfast buffets, plated breakfasts, lunch buffets and entrees, boxed lunches, hot and cold hors-d’oeuvres serving 25, dinner entrees, and dinner buffets. Desserts cover a wide range of cakes and can be broken up into individual slices or full sheet cakes.
