Located in the center of downtown Rochester, MN, Studio 324 has a gloriously storied past. A bakery, an antique store, and a photography studio have all made a home in this beautiful building, and the history enhances the location, making it the perfect venue for your next gathering or event.

The ambiance is something truly unique. Distressed, exposed brick, large windows allowing natural light to flood in, and gorgeously redone wood floors combine to make this the perfect spot to hold anything from an office holiday party to a full wedding with a reception. Being just blocks from the Mayo Clinic, there are a plethora of hotel options, but the Studio offers that special something for your big day.

Practically speaking, the Studio is available for rent for six consecutive hours for $700 Thursday to Saturday and $550 Monday through Wednesday. If your event needs are longer than six hours, they can arrange for more time. Tables, chairs, linens and audio-visual equipment can also be rented to customize your exact needs.

The Studio can hold a cozy 106, depending on the layout you desire for your event. For example, using 5 foot round tables will seat 80 comfortably. Using 8-foot banquet tables end-to-end will seat more. If you’d like to maximize space, consider a cocktail set up.

To make your event truly memorable, you can use any caterer you like. The proprietors have a list of fantastic chefs and catering companies that have done an excellent job on past events.

Another option to consider is music, and one comes very highly recommended for the specific space and atmosphere- John Boss’ Apollo Music Group has played many events at the Studio and has adjusted their sound accordingly. If you don’t need something quite that grand, there are speakers and a receiver for you to plug in a tablet or laptop to create soft background music.
