The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Davies Center Event Services takes more than 11,000 reservations each year and serves more than 200 different groups from their campus and the community. They use their high level of professional knowledge and expertise to manage the facilities with its planning and production.

The staff can reserve facilities on the campus for academic and non-academic use. As a non-university client, you can rent facilities on the campus through event services. They will help you with all your needs, including room reservations, facility set up, parking, dining services, technical arrangements, and housing. Other services provided include help with permits, approvals, catering, and anything else needed to make your event successful.

Any group wishing to reserve a space at The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Davies Center must make reservations ahead of time. A 24-hour notice is necessary for events that are smaller scale. If your event requires audiovisual support, your reservation should be made at least 72 hours in advance. All reservations are first-come-first-served. Always allow plenty of time to make your reservations since there is no guarantee of service from late requests. If you plan to hold a major event on campus, reservations should be made at least 15 working days in advance.
